Step 2: Inspection & Damage Mitigation
Once on-site, we’ll perform a thorough inspection of your property to assess the extent of the damage—whether from water, fire, mold, or storm impact. 100 stars! I cannot say enough about Crossmen's EXCELLENCE. I called to see if I could get an estimate within a few days (mine wasn't an emergency). Two hours later they were at my door, did a thorough estimate and set up fans and dehumidifiers. Mine was a kitchen sink pipe leak through the floor to my finished, carpeted basement. I met 5 of the guys throughout the mitigation process. ALL were friendly, polite, respectful, extremely professional, thorough, and caring. This is almost unheard of in today's culture. Fans ran for three days and they came back to make sure everything was dry, no mold etc. They treated both levels of my house with an antimicrobial. They were neat, tidy, organized, cleaned everything up and the place looks perfect even after the carpet had to be peeled back. Carpet looks better than it did before. Crossmen worked with my schedule. They could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Sam gave me a detailed invoice to keep for my records (I self-paid because dealing with insurance is too stressful). Everything was so quick and so professionally done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Don't hesistate to call them. I can't imagine how anyone else could top them.
Crossmen is an absolute amazing company to work with. Our dishwasher leaked and caused a lot of damage and mold in our kitchen. Crossmen handled all of the insurance leg work in order to ensure we were covered. Insurance gave us quite a hard time and didn’t want to cover our loss but Crossmen worked diligently to make sure our claim got approved. As a new home owner, I super appreciated knowing someone had my best interests in mind. Had I had to handle insurance alone, I am positive our claim would have been denied, as it originally was. Additionally, the actual work they did to restore our kitchen was perfect. They communicated well and got the job done! Our kitchen looks even better than before. I truly cannot recommend Sam and Connor enough.
